- Deployed various products on AWS Cloud & Datacenter
- Manage AWS Services like Route53,VPC,ELB,S3,IAM,ELB
- Resize disks on ELB
- Add/Remove IP addresses on Instances
- Create IAM Users & Policies for AWS Services
- Offered support for On Premises Product Installs
- Migration of various products on AWS and Azure Cloud
- Maintained both Windows and Linux Server Instances
- Responsible for RCA for various incidents
- Maintained 24x7 availability for various SaaS based products
- Automation / Scripting with PowerShell, Shell / Perl and VBScript
